Quadrant Estates have been selected by Corby Borough Council as joint venture partner to develop this site in Corby. The initiation is to pump prime the regeneration of this area of Corby in accordance with North Northants Development Corporation's strategy for the town.  
Outline planning consent has recently been achieved for a mixed use scheme including the following:

• Industrial/Warehousing – 251,700 sq ft
• Car showroom – 12,000 sq ft x 2
• Enterprise Centre – 80,000 sq ft
