Eureka Business Park is a joint venture development with Trinity College, Cambridge. The 96 acre park has consent for 1,237,860 sq ft of which there is approximately 300,000 sqft of built space.

The first phase of development has already commenced with an office village 50,000 sqft known as Northdown which was completed in summer 2007. Further development will follow with a 35,000 sqft HQ office building known as Herald and a mixed use retail development known as Eureka Place which will complete in Q4 2008.
