Eureka Business Park is a joint venture development with Trinity College, Cambridge. The 96 acre park has consent for 1,237,860 sq ft of which there is approximately 300,000 sq ft of built space.
The first phase of development has already commenced with an office village of 50,000 sq ft known as Northdown where space is entirely committed.
The second phase of development has recently completed, this comprises a 35,000 sq ft office building known as Herald and a mixed use retail devlopment known as Eureka Place.
