One of the drivers of successful development has been the company's in depth understanding of the occupier market and the continual research into rapidly changing sub markets.

The company has no geographical or sector restrictions to the schemes that it considers. From inception, a spectrum of schemes have been developed across the commercial sector which include retail, office, industrial, leisure, warehousing, trade parks and research & development.
