Quadrant, through Quadrant Fund Management (QFM) is in the process of raising capital for the Quadrant Opportunity Fund. The aim of the fund is to enlarge the capital pool available to co-invest alongside Qu OF's investment partners. The fund is structured for private investors, many of whom are involved in the UK commercial property industry, who seek the opportunity to invest at a low-point in the market cycle and believe value can be created by active asset management and the longer term recovery of the market.
