It was deemed with a PTAL rating of 6a (providing an ‘Excellent’ rating for transportation accessibility) the site provides the local area an opportunity to deliver a high-density commercial re-development.
The project team has worked to provide a commercial solution which sensitively provides a modern office building with additional amenities available to the local community. These include; enhanced public realm, a bespoke element of affordable workspace, and high-quality retail accommodation.
Planning application was submitted with London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in December 2017 and consultation remains ongoing.
