Planning permission has been obtained for an industrial/warehouse led scheme that includes a B1/B8 development, convenience store, creche and a car showroom. Construction for Phase 1 and 2 was completed in Q1 2008. Since commencing the project, lettings and sales have been agreed to occupiers including Waverley TBS, Marlow Ropes, Howden Joinery, KFC, Lidl and a selection of local occupiers. |
