A founding partner of Quadrant Estates, Christopher specialises in the retail and mixed-use sectors and has been working in the retail park, shopping centre, and leisure markets since 1987.
Christopher's principle focus is the origination of new acquisitions, overseeing the retail portfolio, investor relations and banking.
Christopher started his real estate career at Capital & Counties in Retail Asset Management, followed by Matthews & Goodman in Investment and Development with a focus on retail parks. Working with a variety of investors, including UK REITs, institutions and landowners, private equity as well as various overseas investors, he has developed over 2.5 million square feet in the UK.
Christopher has more recently been responsible for the origination and securing of Turner Rise Retail Park (Colchester), Templars Shopping Park (Oxford), Great Western retail Park (Glasgow), Trimdon Street Retail Park (Sunderland), Gallagher Retail Park (Wednesbury), The Sauchiehall Building (Glasgow) and Parnell Street leisure scheme (Dublin). He negotiated the successful divestment of Parnell Street leisure scheme in 2014.
Over the past five years since 2013, he has been responsible for the origination and acquisition of 9 projects with a GAV in excess of £500 million. Those of which have been subsequently disposed show an average IRR in excess 22.5%
