Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 and worked with Fuller Peiser (now Atis) and Edward Erdman (now Colliers CRE), before forming Masons Property Advisers in 1990. Formed Quadrant Estates in 1997 and, as time devoted to QEL increased, resigned from Mason in 2003.
