Quadrant Estates are the development partner to Amazon Investments, the owners of Trafalgar Wharf. The 23 acre site was acquired from VT Group plc in October 2008. The site is home to approximately 275,000 sqft of commercial and marine related buildings. Quadrant Estates are in the early stages of preparing a planning application for redevelopment of the site for a range of uses that will include world class facilities capable of accommodating marine businesses.
