Quadrant Estates on behalf of Rowe & Co Holdings identified and acquired this retail development opportunity. The site formerly comprised a warehouse located between the historic high street and the regeneration of the docks. Following acquisition, planning consent was secured for a redevelopment to provide 21,000 sq ft of Open A1 Retail which can be let in up to 4 units. Pre-lets are currently being negotiated and a start on site is envisaged in Q1 2008.
