Quadrant Estates has got the green light for just under 100,000 sq ft of offices at Eureka Business Park in Kent.
It has won planning from Ashford Borough Council for the second phase of the Northdown development, four buildings totaling 64,000 sq ft.
It has also got the go ahead for three new buildings to be constructed by the ACT foundation, totaling around 34,000 sq ft, which operates Basepoint sites all over the UK.
Eureka Business Park has approval for over 1.25m sq ft of office and retail accommodation.
