We’re delighted to secure our latest occupiers, and are equally pleased that our previously secured occupiers will shortly be opening for business at Eureka Place and will provide a valuable amenity to support the commercial surroundings as well as neighbouring residents. We are pleased to be able to offer rents and purchase prices at a significant discount to West Kent locations”.View all our news
