Eureka Place has proved a popular destination for Ashford businesses, with recent lettings also recently agreed to family pub restaurant operators Marstons who have taken 6,781 sq ft and Q Day Nurseries at 4,187 sq ft. The nursery is due to open later this month. Other occupiers include One Stop convenience store and bookmakers Coral who have taken additional retail units at 3,000 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft respectively.

The development totals over 33,000 sq ft adjacent to the business park, Eureka Park, and is an amenity designed to support both neighbouring workers and surrounding residents. Just two retail units are now left available.

Tristram Gethin, Director at Quadrant Estates, said: “At a time when the retail markets in the South East is far from buoyant, Eureka Park continues to find favour with those in the market. We’re delighted to secure our latest occupiers, and are equally pleased that our previously secured occupiers will shortly be opening for business at Eureka Place and will provide a valuable amenity to support the commercial surroundings as well as neighbouring residents. We are pleased to be able to offer rents and purchase prices at a significant discount to West Kent locations”.
