Developer Quadrant Estates has secured three new businesses who will be moving into Eureka Place at Eureka Business Park in Ashford.
The first of the three new tenants is pharmacy company Delmergate, which has taken a 15-year lease on 1,095 sq ft for £27,375 a year.
Units at the local neighbourhood centre have been taken by Eureka Veterinary Centre and Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Spice.
Activity has already started at the development with a family pub restaurant and creche now open.
Marstons has taken a 6,781 sq ft pub called The Pheasant and Q Day Nurseries operates a nursery. Other occupiers include One Stop convenience store and bookmaker Coral which has taken additional retail units.
The 33,000 sq ft development is adjacent to the business park and is designed to support both neighbouring workers and surrounding residents. Just four retail units are now left available.
Quadrant director Tristram Gethin said: “At a time when the retail market in the South East is far from buoyant, Eureka Park continues to find favour with those in the market.”
