Tax specialists, Rift has taken a 15-year lease on 200 Eureka Park, which is part of the Northdown 2 development at Eureka Park, Ashford. The company will occupy the whole of the two storey building, totalling 10,313 sq ft.
This letting doubles the amount of space Rift occupies at Eureka Park and the 82 employee firm is due to move to their new offices this month.
