Quadrant, the UK real estate asset management and development company, has appointed Yohance Harper as an Associate Partner.
Yohance joins the investment team from CBRE’s Capital Advisors department and will work on key projects such as 30 South Colonnade. He joined CBRE in 2014 as a graduate with a background in architecture and quickly progressed to his most recent position as an Associate Director.
His role focused on structuring and executing development strategies including optimising one of the largest public sector portfolios in the EU, structuring more than £140m of development finance and repositioning major central London assets. Outside of his professional role he holds honorary or committee roles at UCL, Goldsmiths University, UCEM and ULI.
