Our impressive post-exit average IRR for office development and refurbishment schemes since the global financial crisis exceeds 25%. Our core-plus retail investments have all delivered net returns in excess of 15% IRR over hold periods of longer than four years.

We’ve leased over 1.1 million sq ft across all real estate sectors over the past five years. Many of our lettings are achieved prior to completion or during construction, resulting in minimal void periods.
Strong Lending Relationships
We have long-standing relationships with selected UK-focused lenders and have the know-how to deal with complex debt financing for development and joint-venture projects.
In-Depth Property Management
We supervise managing agents on behalf of our clients to ensure optimal rent collection performance and resolve property management issues, such as ensuring minimal non-recoverable costs before, during and after construction and into the leasing period.
Strong Occupier Relationships
We are known for our long-standing extensive occupier relationships, particularly in the retail sector; we work closely with occupiers and have a true understanding of their needs.
Diverse Reporting Experience
We work with partners and lenders, including public bodies, private equity, family offices and institutional investors and we understand and meet their distinct reporting requirements.

Our approach to marketing and branding starts at concept. We work with marketing consultants to help reposition assets and maximise awareness for occupier agencies.

We have enjoyed great success through working with occupiers to reduce energy consumption, increase recycling and use sustainable materials and practices in development processes.

We are proud to have obtained two of the first LEED Platinum certifications for our buildings in London at Moor Place, EC2 and 100 Cheapside, EC2. In addition they both achieved BREAM Excellent accreditation.

Our comprehensive refurbishment of Carmelite Riverside has secured BREAM Very Good, putting each asset in a position to be managed responsibly in the future.
