As well as having a responsibility to make a positive contribution to the environment and local communities in which we operate, ethical decision making and proactive engagement with stakeholders are critical to enhancing long-term financial returns and future-proofing investments.
Our CSR Framework seeks to ensure a balance is achieved between financial objectives while ensuring best practice is adopted across all disciplines and throughout our partners’ entire investment hold period.
Our dynamic approach allows for appropriate strategies to be tailored to each asset and to reflect our partners' own individual requirements. Our ongoing operational performance is reviewed and developed and feeds into our reporting.
Through engagement with key stakeholders we have developed positive relationships mutually beneficial for local communities, occupiers and our investment partners.
We partner with local charities and incorporate community amenities within individual asset strategies.
We have been a long-term partner of Reach Out and actively support its work to mentor young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their education potential.
Thank you so much for hosting an absolutely fantastic workshop this morning! The session was incredibly well structured and the young people thoroughly enjoyed it – the level of detail that had gone into planning the morning was brilliant and we would love to look at having another workshop at Quadrant.
We have enjoyed great success through working with occupiers to reduce energy consumption, increase recycling and use sustainable materials and practices in development processes.
We are proud to have obtained two of the first LEED Platinum certifications for our buildings in London at Moor Place, EC2 and 100 Cheapside, EC2. In addition they both achieved BREAM Excellent accreditation.
Our comprehensive refurbishment of Carmelite Riverside has secured BREAM Very Good, putting each asset in a position to be managed responsibly in the future.
