Having graduated the University of Cambridge in 2020, Alice joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on their graduate scheme where she progressed on to become a Speciality Leasing Executive, responsible for leasing deals across the company’s UK portfolio, in addition to wider commercialisation and value-add initiatives.

Alice joined Quadrant in 2023 where she plays a key role in Quadrant’s out-of-town retail Asset Management team.
