Onder started his career in Audit at Ernst & Young where he obtained the ACCA qualification. He subsequently moved into the Transaction Modelling team focusing on building and auditing financial models for various clients.

He then joined the CBRE Financial Modelling team in 2020, building and maintaining financial models for the valuations team.

At Quadrant, Onder works as an investment analyst, focusing on underwriting transactions and assisting with the reporting of the current assets.
