Rowan has broad, major projects experience across retail, residential and commercial sectors.
He started his real estate career in 1993 and gained extensive Construction and Project Management experience over 13 years with Lend Lease, and subsequently with Laing O'Rourke. In 2010 Rowan moved into Development Management and has managed the site acquisition, planning, sales and delivery of over 2000 apartments and associated retail, as well as a major commercial building in Brisbane, Australia.
Rowan has a passion for sailing, and recently sailed 20,000 miles from Australia to the UK, with his wife and 2 young children.
