Quadrant secured outline consent for 1.25 million sq ft of B1 offices and light industrial in 2005 and over 400,000 sq ft of office, leisure and retail space have now been developed.

An allocation to secure residential and mixed use in the 2019 Ashford Local Plan was achieved in February 2019.
