Duncan Reader

Bio

Duncan specialises in the retail sector and has been working in real estate since 2005.

He started his career at niche developer Liberty Properties, then moving into development consultancy at Churston Heard which subsequently became JLL and where he began to focus on asset management. Duncan went on to spend five years at British Land and latterly boutique fund manager Orchard Street Investment Management.

His principal focus remains planning, development, asset management, leasing and disposal across the full scope of the retail sector. At Quadrant, he is currently responsible for the asset and development management of The Sprucefield Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and the Shakespeare Portfolio of 312 high street pharmacies.

He holds the CFA IMC and MRICS professional qualifications.
