The site, formerly a Mercedes Benz motor dealership, was purchased unconditionally and thereafter planning consent was achieved for change of use to retail with an associated extension. Following this the property was sold to ABF Pension Fund and we were retained as development partner to progress the scheme. The completed development offers approximately 15,110 sqft of retail warehouse space at ground floor and a sales mezzanine of a further 4,900 sq ft and was pre-let to Borders.
