Quadrant has appointed Charlotte Rogers as an associate partner within its UK retail and asset management division
Rogers joins Quadrant following a year on secondment at the UK business arm of Commerz Real’s open-ended real estate fund HausInvest, where she was an asset manager and responsible for a 922,000 sq ft prime shopping centre in Belfast.
Prior to this, she was a chartered surveyor in the retail division at Lambert Smith Hampton. Within this role, she specialised in Central London restaurants and leisure assets and provided agency services to landlords and occupiers for acquisitions and disposals.
At Quadrant, Rogers will be utilising her skills within the retail and leisure sectors to work on a number of retail park assets and development projects.
John Maddison, a partner at Quadrant, said:
“We are pleased to welcome Charlotte to the team as she brings a wealth of experience with her. Charlotte’s understanding of asset managing UK retail and leisure assets is incredibly important as we continue to grow our experienced and specialist team.”
