Morfa Shopping Park was purchased with partners Ashby Capital in December 2015.

The scheme is a 339,000 sq ft open A1 shopping park in the major Welsh city of Swansea.

The large, well-let dominant retail location comprises of 339,000 sq ft of retail space adjacent to the city’s main stadium venue and is anchored by a Morrisons food store, B&Q Warehouse and Curry’s PC World megastore.
