The site was within a conservation area on the edge of the historic town centre and adjacent to Tesco. Following detailed negotiations with the Local Planning Authority, we successfully obtained planning consent for the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of a retail warehouse of approximately 21,500 sq ft plus garden centre.
